Due to system limitations it is not possible to issue any refunds after 60days since the transaction was made.

Any orders not collected 90 days after placing the order will be returned to the shop for sale. We do send text reminders if an item remains uncollected.

The system sends an automatic e-mail to the email address once the order is received. If you do not receive a mail then please contact us, as you will not receive a mail informing you that the item is ready for collection. Even if you have not received a mail, you will still be able to collect your order approx 2-3 days after placing your order. We are not able to amend any e-mail address entered, but we would contact via text, or via the school office.
